Per Diem Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Casual Employee) provides flexible, hourly primary care across multiple Chicago clinics (Wicker Park, Lincoln Park, The Loop, Fulton Market, River North). Responsibilities include seeing patients with acute, chronic, and well visits, performing in-office procedures, and conducting tele-health visits as needed. Collaborates with in-office and virtual clinical teams; utilizes clinical training to deliver high-quality care and improve patient outcomes. Requires Illinois licensure (or ability to obtain) and Board Certification; open to credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. 8-23 patient care hours per week, hourly rate of $67 on W-2 basis; benefits include malpractice coverage, CME, paid time off, retirement plan contributions, and family health coverage.
