Job Summary
Per Diem Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physician needed for a casual hourly clinician role across Connecticut offices (Darien, Westport, New Canaan). Responsibilities include seeing patients with acute, chronic, and well visits, handling in-office and occasional tele-health visits, collaborating with in-office and virtual teams, and performing in-office procedures. Requires board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, Connecticut state licensure, willingness to obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states, and prior outpatient primary care experience. Office-based, with in-person care across multiple CT offices; compensation includes hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in Connecticut, obtained before your One Medical start date
- 8-23 patient care hours per week and hourly clinician role? (from description)
- Casual/Per Diem Providers receive malpractice insurance and related benefits
- Experience: Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
