Job Summary
Vacuum, mop, scrub, and dust common areas, offices, and individual apartments while emptying trash and maintaining supply stock. Sweep, plow, and spread chemicals on exterior surfaces; set up decorations for events; and perform minor repairs like changing light bulbs. Dust exercise equipment, wash windows and walls, and shampoo carpets as assigned. Spray insecticides with proper protection and notify managers of major repairs. Clean damaged areas after resident incidents and assist maintenance staff when needed. Remove snow from sidewalks and driveways using plows, blowers, and shovels. Wear proper PPE at all times and follow chemical procedures. Maintain current compliance documents and trainings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 6 months or more related experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Client/customer service skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products
- Ability to lift items weighing less than fifty pounds
- Ability to move items over fifty pounds utilizing a team lift
Desired Qualifications

- 6 months or more related experience (preferred)
