Per Diem Day Shift LPN - Forest Hill Heights

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and document appropriately. Monitor residents for changes in condition, respond to needs and emergencies during overnight hours, and communicate concerns to team members, physicians, and families. Offer guidance to care staff, maintain accurate documentation, and follow all policies and state regulations to ensure a safe, resident-centered environment. Current Tennessee LPN license required; previous senior living experience preferred. Hourly rate of $34.
