Job Summary

Provide home and community-based stabilization, clinical interventions, individual and family psychotherapy, support, service planning, advocacy, and service linkage to youth authorized for service through DMH and their families. Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed, strength-based services to children and families struggling with multiple stressors including mental health, trauma, inadequate community supports, language barriers, poverty, and homelessness. Offer 24-hour on-call consultation as required. This per diem role supports Riverside Community Care's mission of delivering compassionate behavioral healthcare to individuals, families, and communities through innovative and person-centered support.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a human service field, psychology, social work, or other clinical discipline
  • Minimum one-year clinical experience working directly with youth who have experienced serious emotional disturbance or emotional challenges to well-being and their families
  • DMH Level 1 requires Master Level and Level 2 requires Independent Licensure I
