Job Summary
Conduct psychological and biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions including individual, group, and family therapy. Monitor client progress, adjust case conceptualizations, and complete suicide risk assessments within specified time frames. Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and medical doctors during multidisciplinary team meetings to determine length of stay and level of care. Educate clients and families on mental health issues while building supportive relationships, and participate in weekly clinical supervision with relevant case updates. Adhere to standardized Group Curricula, confidentiality guidelines, and professional ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Valid state licensure in the state applicable
- Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling
- If eligible based on licensure status and applicable state regulations, must be willing to provide formal clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as part of Guidelight's supervision program. This includes actively supporting the development of associate licensed professionals in accordance with organizational standards and state-specific supervisory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant PHP/IOP experience
- Group Facilitation experience with willingness to follow a structured curriculum
