Job Summary
Per Diem CNA for Bristol Hospice covering Summit & Wasatch Counties. Provide personal care, support to the Interdisciplinary Group Team under RN supervision, ensure patient comfort, assist with meals, hygiene, vital signs, and documentation per care plan. Flexible per diem schedule with a focus on compassionate hospice care in patients' homes; requires Utah CNA license, 75 hours of training, and CPR certification. Mileage reimbursement and benefits program available for eligible positions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Utah
- Preferred to have one (1) year experience in community health/hospice or medical/surgical environments
- Must have completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
- Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization/state requirements and is in good working order
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check prior to hire and annually thereafter
- Current CPR certification
