Per Diem Associate Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary
Complete patient registration, verify demographics and insurance, and maintain accurate patient records while managing work queues and electronic communications within the EMR. Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments following provider protocols, collect copays and balances, and process payments to reconcile cash transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, managing inquiries, and monitoring patient flow to ensure a positive experience. Support daily clinic operations by maintaining forms, processing mail, managing inventory, and routing clinical communications to the appropriate care team.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a medical/healthcare environment
- Basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work on a per diem basis within a variety of shifts to support a 24-hour operation (generally about 1 shift per week)
- Ability to commute to 240 Maple Ave, Mukwonago, WI
- Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must pass a drug test
