Implement treatment plans developed by supervising therapists by assisting patients with exercises and mobility techniques to improve strength, coordination, and independence. Observe, document, and report patient progress or changes to the supervising therapist and physician while educating families on safe mobility practices and assistive equipment use. Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in accordance with BrightStar Care standards. This role offers per-visit pay of $70-$75, flexible scheduling, and travel time reimbursement. Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts PTA license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of relevant clinical experience.
