Job Summary
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (ADLs such as bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding) to clients in Acton and surrounding areas. Support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse; assist in implementing care plans; deliver compassionate support and companionship. Requires current HHA certification or CNA license, active driving license, CPR, and TB test results. Dementia or Alzheimer's experience preferred. Flexible part-time shifts (6-8 hours) Monday–Friday or other days as needed, with locations in Acton, including nearby Newton/Needham/Waltham areas.
