Job Summary
Lead strategic leadership in performance measurement, quality assurance, and incident management across all programs. Oversee the end-to-end vision for evaluation, documentation, compliance, and data-driven systems while partnering with senior leadership to translate findings into actionable insights. Establish data governance plans, manage the organization's analytics architecture, and ensure regulatory and ethical standards are met through rigorous incident reporting and trend analysis. Conduct trainings on data literacy, logic models, and compliance; represent the agency in external research partnerships, funder meetings, and board committees. Manage complex systems and capacity-building activities to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strategic leadership in performance measurement and management
- Oversight, technical leadership, and end-to-end vision for Quality Assurance, Program Evaluation, and Incident Management
- Leadership for incident management systems ensuring regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards
- Development and maintenance of organization's data ecosystem and analytics architecture
- Establishment of a data governance plan defining data ownership, roles, and responsibilities
- Assessment and cataloging of existing data assets, data sources, and data flows
- Design and management of a data integrity plan
- Guidance of strategy, architecture, and use of data warehouse, reporting platforms, and custom data applications
- Upholding of data privacy and security standards
- Leadership of the PEQA team
- Data, research, quality, compliance, or outcomes measurement expertise
- Ability to travel between Project Renewal locations
- Ability to use a computer and other office technology for extended periods
- Availability for evening, weekend, on-call, or emergency response support
