Manage end-to-end material planning, ensuring material availability and continuous support for production. Lead inventory optimization initiatives and develop smart, dynamic inventory policies. Plan procurement and import of raw materials based on demand forecasts, including both short- and long-term planning. Analyze demand forecasts and establish production priorities while balancing operational constraints. Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams, including suppliers, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Logistics. Partner in decision-making processes related to production planning and inventory control. Requires at least 3 years of materials planning experience, global manufacturing background, ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel skills.
