Job Summary
Provide daily direction, coaching, and leadership to frontline teams within manufacturing or warehouse environments while ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Drive operational performance across key metrics including productivity, efficiency, service, waste, and downtime by leading team meetings and communicating business priorities. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities through cross-functional partnerships with Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics teams. Participate in leadership development, formal training, and mentorship programs designed to accelerate career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree completed between August 2026 - April 2027 in one the following fields: Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline
- Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, student organizations, athletics or volunteer activities
- Ability to work an assigned shift schedule, including nights and afternoons, where required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Results-oriented mindset with strong initiative and accountability
- Flexibility for relocation
