Job Summary
Execute sales strategies, manage inventory, and implement promotional events by partnering with customers to drive volume, revenue, and profitability. Lead teams, coach others, and build people leadership capabilities through hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. Conduct business reviews to present insights to key decision makers while leveraging analytical skills to solve complex situations and meet targets. Gain in-market experience through Direct to Store Delivery and warehouse distribution models within the PepsiCo Canada region. Requires a Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
