Job Summary
Execute the Annual Operating Plan for production while applying operational knowledge to support equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Motivate frontline teams, resolve issues, and remove barriers to ensure safety, line utilization, and quality standards are met. Track business-critical KPIs to identify trends and correct risks to financial targets. Oversee facility equipment reliability and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, quality management programs, and food safety systems including HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs. Build people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed by August 2025
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
- Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative team-player with a 'roll-up your sleeves' approach
- An agile individual who takes initiative and welcomes change with a positive attitude
