Job Summary
Execute the Annual Operating Plan for Production while applying operational knowledge to support facility equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Motivate frontline teams, resolve issues, and remove barriers to achieve performance standards in safety, line utilization, and quality. Track key performance indicators and costs to anticipate trends that could compromise financial targets. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, quality management programs, and food safety systems including HACCP, GMP, and SSOPs. Build people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree completed by August 2025
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
- Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative team-player with a 'roll-up your sleeves' approach
- An agile individual who takes initiative and welcomes change with a positive attitude
