PeopleSoft Technical Support Engineer/ Admin

Job Summary
Maintain, monitor, and support PeopleSoft components including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and Application Messaging across Oracle UNIX, Windows, and Oracle Infrastructure. Apply Tax Updates using PUM and Change Assistant, and install or configure PeopleTools components such as Integration Broker, Interaction Hub, and Secure Enterprise Search. Troubleshoot development and production application issues, debug batch processing cycles, and administer Linux and Windows batch server environments while adhering to Service Level Agreements. Refresh non-production environments and manage security administration for HR systems. This role supports a complex PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System with related web applications and reporting environments.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ Years
- Experience with security administration for HR systems and applications
- 5+ years of experience with PeopleTools 8.59 or higher, including: PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, SQR, Data Mover, Query, nVision Reports, PeopleSoft Test Framework
- Experience maintaining and supporting PeopleSoft environments and components
- Experience applying Tax Updates using PUM and Change Assistant
- Experience installing and configuring PeopleTools components
- Experience installing new PeopleSoft environments and refreshing non-production environments
- Experience troubleshooting development and production application issues
- Experience administering Linux and Windows batch servers
- Experience monitoring PeopleSoft system performance
- Experience debugging and tuning batch cycles

- Experience with security administration for access to global HR systems and applications
- Experience monitoring system performance and administration of services for all of the PeopleSoft environments
- Experience assisting with debugging and tuning the batch cycle
