Job Summary
PeopleSoft Technical Consultant needed for client-facing roles on development, implementation, and upgrade projects. The role emphasizes leading and QA-ing work of others, designing and delivering PeopleSoft solutions across Financials, HCM, or Campus 9.2, with strong reporting and integration skills (BI Publisher, nVision, Web Services). Key tools include Application Designer, PeopleCode, Fluid, Integration Broker, AWE, Page Composer, Update Manager, PeopleTools, and related frameworks. The candidate should be comfortable in a mixed team environment, capable of leadership, and available for shifts aligned with UK business hours. Excellent English communication and a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing are required. Flexible/remote working is offered, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Significant 5-8 years of experience in PeopleSoft technology, including latest releases
- Extensive project experience
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft applications at recent Financials, HCM or Campus 9.2 versions is essential
- Report writing experience essential, Query, BI Publisher, nVision
- Application Designer and development experience in PeopleCode object classes
- Fluid page building
- Integration Broker messaging technology including Web Services
- JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3
- AWE and Page Composer
- BI Publisher, Pivot Grids, Connected Query
- PeopleSoft Update Manager and operating the Selective Adoption process
- PeopleTools & associated infrastructure design and management
- Development lifecycle management process
- Application, UI/UX, Integration and Reporting design
- PeopleTools frameworks such as Related Content, Related Actions, Activity Guides, PeopleTools Test Framework, Push Notifications, Portal, Forms Builder, Event Mapping and Search
- Oversee and quality assure the work of other team members
- Ready to work in shifts mainly UK business hours
- A positive, dynamic and flexible attitude
- Able to work well as part of a mixed team including Functional Consultants, Project Managers and other Technical Consultants
- Excellent English language communication skills
