Job Summary
Lead and develop PeopleSoft HCM solutions by guiding clients and project teams through structured processes to analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy applications per client requirements. Define and execute robust plans to meet client requirements while steering the team to innovate and streamline application functionality and data quality assurance/testing. Engage with client senior management, and enhance skills in technical competency, business development, and client service. Candidates should be prepared to architect and develop solutions individually or in a skilled project team, with opportunities to influence process improvements, controls, and performance management in a federal environment with the potential for security clearances.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- US Citizenship and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance
- Minimum FIVE (5) years of PeopleSoft technical design and development experience
- Minimum FIVE (5) years of overall technical experience in systems design, development, testing, deployment and production support of applications or systems
- Extensive experience with PeopleTools, including Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, SQR, and Query
- Familiar with Portal Technology and Workflow
- Extensive experience with writing complex SQL statements and designing custom modules
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in drafting technical design specifications and test plans
- Experience working in Federal environment
- Experience utilizing issue tracking software such as JIRA and ServiceNow
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment
