Job Summary
Deliver PeopleSoft HCM functional and technical consulting services across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Performance, and Recruitment modules. Lead all project phases from pre-sales and fit/gap analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live warranty support. Demonstrate the latest application and tool versions to articulate benefits to customers while continuously improving delivery processes and implementation methodologies. Manage project scope and client expectations with clear status reporting and effective communication to build trust. Requires minimum 8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations and knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2 and recent PUM images. Authorization to work in the USA is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to work in USA
- Minimum 8+ years PeopleSoft functional/technical experience with HCM modules
- PeopleSoft 9.2 and recent PUM image experience
- Upgrade and implementation experience with a minimum of 2-3 full life cycle implementations
- Ability to lead module implementations independently across all project phases
- Solid understanding of setup tables, entire HCM cycle, processes, and reporting
