Job Summary
Configure PeopleSoft Financials modules including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to align with business requirements. Develop and modify applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Application Engine while supporting integration with third-party systems for seamless data flow. Analyze business processes for financial management and accounting functions, then provide technical support to end-users and resolve functional issues. Assist with data migration, month-end close, and financial audit requirements, while conducting peer reviews and developing complex reporting queries. Create functional design diagrams, prepare requirements documents, and develop training materials to educate the user community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or three (3) years of additional applicable experience
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant experience
- 8+ years of functional experience related to financial management, accounting, procurement, and other finance-related functions
- Configure PeopleSoft Financials modules to align with business requirements. This includes setting up chart of accounts, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset management, cash management, and other finance-related configurations
- Develop and modify PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and other PeopleSoft development tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Functional experience using e-business software products such as PeopleSoft that includes product configuration, requirements gathering, and developing training materials
- Experience with databases such as ORACLE, SQL Server, SYBASE, INFORMIX, and DB2
- US citizenship may be required for some positions
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in computer science or a related field
- PeopleSoft certified
- Experience in working with third-party systems
- Experience in cloud-based PeopleSoft deployments
