Job Summary
Configure, develop, and update PeopleSoft HCM capabilities using Application Designer Configuration Manager, SQR, and SQL Developer. Design, document, and implement system configurations while collaborating with cloud engineers, application developers, and security analysts in an agile environment. Work directly with end users and customers to understand and meet business requirements, recommending best practices for configuring, development, and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM modules. This role supports the initial installation, configuration, and deployment of a new PeopleSoft HCM installation for government customers. Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience
- PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade, operations and maintenance experience
- Experience configuring PeopleSoft or comparable Oracle products
Desired Qualifications
- PeopleSoft HCM installation, configuration, and deployment experience
- PeopleTools development experience
