Job Summary
PeopleSoft Administrator responsible for maintaining PeopleSoft environments, troubleshooting server and application issues, driving PUM upgrade activities, migrating approved code to Production, planning environment availability, post-refresh activities for non-production environments, monitoring Production Schedule Jobs, troubleshooting PS processes and reports, Oracle DB installations and backups, database refresh/cloning, and executing disaster recovery scripts. Requires experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases, PeopleTools v854+, Integration Broker, and PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components (App Servers, Process Schedulers, Web Logic Servers) on Linux and Windows. 5+ years of PeopleSoft infrastructure experience, strong communication, and ability to work UK business hours and EST. Familiarity with cloud servers and a track record of issue resolution and professional development through certifications or training is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of PeopleSoft infrastructure experience
- Experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components including App Servers, Process Schedulers, and WebLogic Servers on Linux and Windows
- High-level skills in PeopleTools v854 and higher and with Integration Broker
- Expert ability with administering Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
- Oracle DB installations, Database backup and recovery
- Database Refresh/cloning
- PeopleSoft Quarterly Patching and Oracle DB patching
- Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x (or above)
- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
- Experience on cloud servers
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to work shifts mainly in UK business hours but also EST
