Job Summary
As a Data Analyst at Peoples Bank, you will ensure data integrity, transform data into actionable insights, and support decision-making by creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI, Axiom, and BIC. You’ll partner with business units to understand reporting needs, support data pipelines and data structures, analyze financial and operational data, and troubleshoot data issues across systems, delivering clear recommendations to leadership. This role emphasizes data quality in the data warehouse, coordination of data-driven projects, and documentation of reporting logic and data processes. The position requires strong SQL and Excel skills, familiarity with ETL concepts, and the ability to travel for meetings/training as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or data management
- Proficient SQL skills and familiarity with data structures or ETL concepts
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to travel to other Peoples Bank locations and off-site for meetings/training as required
