Job Summary
Provide high quality customer service across multiple branches in Snohomish County by performing teller and account-related transactions (checking, savings, loans, and CDs) with meticulous attention to detail. Assess customer needs and make product/service recommendations or refer to banking partners, while handling customer inquiries (accounts, loans, debit cards, transfers, and research) in a courteous, professional manner. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, totaling 37–40 hours per week.
