Job Summary
People Transformation Partner to support organizational change initiatives, enhance internal communications, and improve the leader and employee experience. Responsibilities include improving the employee lifecycle and engagement, aligning programs with cultural/behavioral outcomes, analyzing feedback to drive actionable recommendations, planning and executing change initiatives, developing and supporting internal communications plans, translating complex initiatives into clear messaging for leaders and employees, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships across HR and business leaders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; Ohio-based location preferred; strong written and verbal communication, data interpretation, project management, and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable messages across audiences. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, Change Management or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in HR, communications, organizational development, or change management or related areas
