Job Summary
Evaluate business operations and processes to identify areas where technical solutions improve functional performance. Recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects, including designing, building, and testing integrations between HCM and other product workstreams. Consult across various operations to provide mentorship and contribute specialized knowledge while synchronizing with HR experts on compliance, SKU testing, and BAU changes. Maintain an understanding of legislative requirements for HCM, time capture, and pay. Manage competing priorities and verify technical reference information to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert of a People Discipline
- Experience with Administering and Managing a Pay and Benefits systems
- At least intermediate Payroll processing knowledge
