Job Summary
Architect and drive Taskrabbit’s HR technology ecosystem by owning and optimizing the HR tech stack (Rippling, Greenhouse, Lattice, OpenComp, Tilt) and leading the AI adoption strategy to enable scalable, automated HR workflows. Build and maintain advanced Rippling workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle events; develop automated, real-time dashboards for headcount, attrition, and manager effectiveness; govern HRIS data quality; manage strategic data reporting and compensation data pulls; lead vendor management including RFPs and contract negotiations for new tools. Demonstrate strong systems integration skills, AI literacy, and the ability to translate complex business needs into elegant configurations. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role (P3) with a hybrid schedule requiring two in-office days per week in San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS or People Analytics
- Experience managing HR tech stacks (Rippling, Greenhouse, Lattice)
- Strong data-driven, analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into system configurations
- Proven ability to implement AI-driven features within SaaS platforms and drive automation
- Ability to build automated dashboards and real-time analytics for leaders (headcount, attrition, manager effectiveness)
- Experience with data governance and data quality in HRIS
