Job Summary
The SENA Intern will lead the construction and launch of RSI Colombia’s HR Intelligence Hub, centralizing RSI Colombia’s Job Descriptions and HR Vendors directory. Expected to build two living tools with governance logic, inclusive language standards, and maintenance protocols, and to operate closely with the POPs team through all project phases. Responsibilities include diagnosing gaps in the Job Descriptions bank and HR Vendors directory; standardizing formats with inclusive, competency-based language; building an interactive Confluence repository with version history and update protocols; auditing and updating the HR Vendors bank with classification and a contract/compliance status tracker; conducting 30-minute validation sessions with area leaders for each review; and designing governance to ensure ongoing maintenance without reliance on a single person. Requirements emphasize proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with Confluence/SharePoint, professional writing with inclusive language, basic HR knowledge, and English (B2) with current enrollment in a related field and eligibility for SENA productive practice.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled Professional student in Business Administration, Industry Engineering or a related field; Must be eligible to complete the SENA productive practice stage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar digital collaboration platforms is a plus
- Professional writing skills with inclusive and competency-based language standards
- Basic understanding of HR processes, document management, and administrative process design
- Intermediate to advanced English level (B2) preferred
