Job Summary
Full-time on-site role in Philadelphia supporting the People Team with office administration and HR-related duties. Responsibilities include mail processing, facilities coordination, greeting visitors, coordinating site meetings and vendor communications, assisting IT with equipment, and serving as main point of contact for building management and vendors. HR-focused tasks include onboarding/off-boarding support, leading Harassment Prevention Training communications and compliance reporting, managing the Indeed/Glassdoor campaign, maintaining intranet, coordinating swag, and assisting with recruiting activities (scheduling interviews, posting ads, sourcing resumes). Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of office experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality; must be proficient in English with a professional, collaborative approach. Compensation is base hourly rate of $35.00, with base pay estimated at $72,800 per year, and position is temp-to-hire with on-site duties in Philadelphia.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 2+ years in an office setting
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Self-starter with initiative and ability to work with little supervision
