People Team Business Partner intern (July to December 2026)

Job Summary
Intern in Cloudflare’s People Team focused on integrating Human Resources with AI-enabled processes. You will support end-to-end project lifecycles for People Team initiatives, identify manual HR workflows to automate using generative AI, analyze people data to identify trends in hiring and retention, maintain our internal knowledge base, and advocate for AI-powered tools across the team. The role emphasizes project management, process optimization, data-driven insights, and knowledge management, with responsibilities spanning stakeholder management, system automation projects, and documentation governance. Requires current pursuit of a Bachelors degree (open to all majors) or HR program, and the ability to commit to a 12-week Fall internship (July–December 2026) in Singapore with in-office presence 3 days per week. Desirable experience includes familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and internal Wikis (e.g., Confluence, Notion)."
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (open to all majors) or relevant HR program
- Ability to commit to a minimum 12 week Fall internship between July to December 2026
- In office 3 days a week in the Singapore office.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with AI tools and how they can be applied to improve business processes and team efficiencies (experience with LLMs or automation tools is a major plus)
- Data literacy and ability to analyze data; proficient with spreadsheets and data visualization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
