People & Talent Lead

Lead the People & Talent function from scratch, owning both talent acquisition and people operations at Passionfroot. Build and run the hiring function end-to-end, partnering with founders and hiring managers on hiring plans, and drive hiring across GTM, growth, and product/engineering while creating rigorous sourcing, interview, and assessment processes and an exceptional candidate experience. Design onboarding and payroll/compensation processes across geographies, drive culture through rituals and values, and build foundational people systems (leveling, policies, handbook, tooling) for a growing multi-geo team. The role requires a strong talent-acquisition background in high-growth startups, experience scaling during rapid growth, comfort hiring across multiple geographies (US and Europe; Brazil exposure a plus), excellent judgment on talent quality, hands-on execution from scratch, and a credible, compelling communication style with founders and leaders.
