Job Summary
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Talent Management and Performance functional areas, including performance reviews, goals, succession planning, and career development tools. Devise methods to solve complex data reporting needs and provide technical consulting on projects. Support testing activities for system enhancements and bi-annual updates, creating test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot complex issues to ensure data integrity and system reliability across employee lifecycle processes. Create functional documentation, process flows, and SOPs while delivering training to end-users and HR team members. Manage People Service Center support tickets and cases within required timeframes, providing escalated support for enterprise inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Workday HCM role

- Strong experience configuring Workday Talent Management functionality
