Job Summary
Investigate and correct data issues across people systems, building checks to prevent recurrence. Build and maintain workforce reports, dashboards, and workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Map current processes to identify breakdowns, then test and roll out improvements. Support compliance and audit reporting with accurate, well-documented data. Prepare and verify workforce data during the onboarding of new businesses into the Group. This hands-on role focuses on delivery within agreed priorities and solution designs, working alongside People Operations, Payroll, and Technology teams across Australia and New Zealand.
Required Qualifications
- data, systems or business analysis background
- HR or People Operations background with hands-on exposure to systems or data
- involvement in an HRIS implementation or migration
- building reports or dashboards
- owning a workaround that solved a recurring problem
- confidence with Excel
- confidence with Power BI
- confidence with Power Platform
- ability to pick up new tools and systems quickly
- experience reconciling data
- experience fixing a broken report
- experience automating a fiddly manual process
