Job Summary
Hands-on People Systems & Analytics Manager to own and evolve Abby Care’s People tech stack. Lead the Workday implementation, define the people data strategy and governance, and develop analytics capabilities including executive-ready dashboards. Drive system evaluations, integrations, and automations to scale a growing workforce, while collaborating with recruiters, finance, and operations to ensure compliant, scalable workflows. Expect a hybrid SF-based role focusing on system ownership, data integrity, process optimization, vendor management, and enabling leadership with data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive HR Operations or Analytics experience
- At least 4+ years focused on People Systems and/or Data Strategy
- Hands-on experience building, maintaining, and improving system integrations (API, EDI, or flat-file)
- Experience leading Workday implementation or ownership
- Strong data governance, data integrity, and audit readiness mindset
- Product management mindset with ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Ability to design executive-ready dashboards and narratives for leadership
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and change management skills
- Experience with modern tech stacks (Slack, Google Workspace) and multiple SaaS platforms
- Vendor management experience including contract renewals and performance management
- Healthcare data awareness and compliance considerations
