Job Summary
Lead Workday implementation from design through stabilization, then own its ongoing administration, configuration, and optimization as the global HRIS. Design scalable People processes, workflows, and automations across the employee lifecycle while evaluating new Workday functionality and modules. Build reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide actionable insights for People, Finance, and business leaders. Partner cross-functionally to improve data quality, reporting, and integrations while maintaining system documentation, governance, and security. Identify opportunities to simplify manual processes and help define the long-term People systems roadmap as the organization scales globally.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Workday
- Deep hands-on experience administering Workday, including Core HCM
- Experience leading or playing a key role in a Workday implementation
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- The ability to partner effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for building scalable systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with additional Workday modules such as Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Learning, or Absence
- Experience with People Analytics or workforce reporting
- Experience integrating Workday with systems such as Ashby, Okta, payroll providers, or workforce planning tools
- Workday Pro certifications
- Experience in a high-growth technology company
