Job Summary
Assist departmental leaders in developing and maintaining strategy, aligning outcomes with company objectives, and ensuring appropriate roadmaps and talent are in place. Provide strategic insight on human capital processes, anticipate change, and offer timely input on local laws and best practices. Support and train managers to coach teams, take disciplinary actions, and maintain efficient organizational structures. Influence senior leadership through synthesized themes while fostering a culture of trust and open communication. Partner cross-functionally on new programming and facilitate ongoing initiatives with business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years work experience of People Team Experience
- 4+ years experience with leadership principles, frameworks, and industry practices related to team performance such as talent management, professional development, organizational design, workforce planning
- Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week
- Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events
