Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service and tactical support to approximately 9,000 employees regarding recruiting, learning & development, performance management, and compensation & benefits. Facilitate paperwork, process, and data entry for employee events, prepare HR reports and analyses, and handle confidential information with discretion. Participate in internal audits, data verification, and project teams to improve People team efficiency while ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. This role supports the Human Resources department at LPL Financial, a leader in wealth management serving over 32,000 financial advisors and $2.3 trillion in assets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years' experience in a high-volume customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with employees at all levels
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality results
- Customer-focused professional with a positive, proactive attitude and a demonstrated commitment to delivering superior service
- Ability to partner effectively with other People groups, such as benefits, employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development and training, payroll and HRIS
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Workday, Salesforce, and/or ADP Payroll experience
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and compliance
