Job Summary
People Solutions Specialist responsible for delivering high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a central point of contact for HR inquiries and transactions. Handles onboarding, job changes, development, and offboarding; resolves HR cases end-to-end; executes transactions in HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) with emphasis on data integrity and compliance; maintains HR knowledge content; collaborates with HR, business, and cross-functional teams; identifies process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience; supports global HR operations across multiple time zones. Requires strong HR process knowledge, experience with HR systems and case management tools, and fluency in English and German. Location: Lodz, Poland. Time type: Full time.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR, preferably within a shared services environment (HR operations, payroll or employee lifecycle management)
- Experience with HR systems (Workday or other HRIS/HCM; Workday preferred)
- Experience with case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with HR technologies and automation solutions
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
