Job Summary
People Solutions Specialist (German speaker) handles HR inquiries and transactions across the employee lifecycle, acting as a central contact for employees and managers. Responsibilities include end-to-end HR case management, onboarding, job changes, development, and offboarding; ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance across HR processes; executing transactions in HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow) and maintaining HR knowledge content. The role collaborates with HR, business, and cross-functional teams to support processes, identify improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience, and support global operations across multiple time zones. Requires proven HR experience, proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS/HCM, ServiceNow, and fluency in English and German. Location: Lodz, Poland; fixed-term (1 year); full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR, preferably within a shared services environment (HR operations, payroll or employee lifecycle management)
- Experience with HR systems (Workday or other HRIS/HCM; Workday preferred)
- Experience with case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with HR technologies and automation solutions
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery
