Job Summary
As a People Solutions Center Operations and Benefits Specialist, you will manage employee inquiries, maintain accurate HR records, and prepare employment-related documentation in Workday and local systems. You will ensure timely, high-quality HR service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence, while leveraging HR data to provide insights on workforce metrics, HR activities, efficiency and costs. Key responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving complex queries, preparing and processing employment contracts and HR documentation, maintaining records for data integrity and compliance, supporting HR data audits and reporting, administering employee benefits programs (health and retirement offerings), and contributing to HR process improvements and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Workday and HR case management systems
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
