Job Summary
People Solutions Center Operations and Benefits Specialist in Krakow (Hybrid 4 days in-office). Responsibilities include acting as first point of contact for employee inquiries, processing employment contracts and HR documentation in Workday, maintaining HR records and data integrity, supporting HR audits and reporting, administering health and retirement benefits, and contributing to process improvement. Requires proficiency in Workday, advanced MS Office, and fluent English and Spanish with strong customer service and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Workday and HR case management systems
- Strong understanding of HR data and document workflows
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
