Job Summary
People Solutions Analyst focusing on Oracle Payroll and Workforce Compensation within Entain's Global People Solutions team. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting Oracle Payroll and Workforce Compensation, developing FastFormulas and SQL queries, acting as first point of contact for system issues, supporting delivery through requirements, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment, translating requirements into structured technical documentation, preparing data for go-live, collaborating with HRIS/Technology/Product teams to create solutions, identifying trends and driving improvements, analyzing payroll/compensation data for reconciliation and issue resolution, and contributing to Agile-based continuous improvement. Hybrid remote/in-office role based in Nottingham, England.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years' experience with Oracle HCM Cloud or a comparable ERP system (e.g. Workday, SAP)
- Experience with HR systems, with exposure or interest in Payroll and Compensation
- Working knowledge of SQL and the ability to analyse and interpret data
- Awareness of Fast Formula or the ability to learn logic-based configuration
- Excel and data handling skills
- Experience supporting delivery across a full project lifecycle
- Produce clear, structured documentation from our requirements
- Work across Product, Technology, and HR
- Experience supporting Oracle Payroll or Workforce Compensation
- Exposure to implementations, data migration, or testing cycles
- Familiarity with service management or ticketing tools
