Job Summary
Answer first-line HR questions and guide employees through practical processes via phone, email, chat, and the Service Now platform. Research, interpret, and share accurate HR information from relevant policies while managing supporting administration like contract addenda and case logging. Identify recurring challenges to signal to the team and propose structural improvements. Support onboarding sessions by explaining payroll documents, benefits, contracts, and leave procedures. Work independently within Belgian employment legislation to improve the quality and consistency of HR information across Nike ELC.
