Job Summary
People Services Specialist delivers HR operations and recruitment coordination across the full candidate and employee lifecycle, acts as Tier 1 and 2 HR support, and partners with Talent Acquisition, People Technology, HR Business Partners, and CoEs to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and a positive experience for employees, managers, and candidates. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews and background checks, onboarding documentation and audits, data entry and file maintenance in HR systems (e.g., Workday), advising on HR policies and local legislation, and driving process improvements across global People Services. This is a 7-month fixed-term contract with a focus on delivering seamless, high-quality HR and recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment, and requiring Swedish language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Swedish language skills required
- Strong organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volumes of tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Problem solver — proactive, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate challenges
- Experience with HR and recruitment data systems, preferably Workday and/or case management/ticketing systems
- Knowledge of employment law with the ability to interpret and apply HR policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to build relationships across all levels
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
