Job Summary
Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for KU's casual Educator and Teacher pool along with selected permanent positions. Work alongside hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and support, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates using various attraction methods. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide general HR and industrial relations advice to managers and employees, and contribute to People Services initiatives and continuous improvement projects. This full-time, fixed-term 12-month role involves 8-hour days Monday to Friday with a monthly rostered day off.
Required Qualifications
- recruitment experience
- excellent organisational and communication skills
- solid foundation of experience, ideally gained within an in-house recruitment environment
