Job Summary
Proactive role to support Long Service Leave audits and payroll compliance; maintain accurate employee records in Oracle PeopleSoft (HCM); develop expertise in PeopleSoft to support day-to-day operations and data validation; act as a liaison between People & Culture and Payroll to ensure smooth data flow and accurate reporting; collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to ensure clear communication and effective People & Culture processes; contribute to team initiatives and seek opportunities to improve HR processes; role focuses on leave audits and data integrity within a university HR/payroll context.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a degree in Human Resources or related tertiary qualification with an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
