Job Summary
Oversee HR functions including employee relations, labor relations, talent acquisition, compliance, performance management, and workforce development. Partner with organizational leaders to foster a positive workplace culture, support employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. Supervise and develop HR professionals and support staff while driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement. Lead complex employee and labor relations matters with professionalism and integrity, including union environments, collective bargaining agreement administration, and grievance management. Competitive compensation ranges from $101,000 to $136,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience
- Experience leading multiple HR disciplines, including: Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Compliance and Regulatory Programs, Performance Management, Workforce Development
- Experience supervising and developing HR professionals and support staff
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Labor Relations experience, including: Union environments, Collective bargaining agreement administration, Grievance management, Arbitration preparation and support
- Healthcare HR experience, preferably within an acute care hospital setting
- Professional HR certifications such as: SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR
- Experience working in rural healthcare environments
- Experience supporting a multi-union workforce
