Job Summary
Director of People Services for a rural Nevada hospital, reporting to the CEO and partnering with the C-Suite to lead HR operations across 200+ employees. Responsibilities include directing HR operations (patient care delivery influence, information technologies alignment, service level determination, and complaint management), driving retention strategies, building labor relations including union negotiations, analyzing workforce data to inform engagement and staffing, overseeing staffing activities (hiring, orientation, evaluation, disciplinary actions, continuing education), and monitoring departmental budgets and audits. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7 years progressive HR leadership experience
