Job Summary
Lead client groups with effective strategies for talent management, performance management, succession planning, and leadership coaching. Develop and ensure consistency with HR practices, policies, and procedures while working with Corporate HR functions to implement value-added processes that drive business objectives. Provide coaching and consultation to the leadership team to align HR strategy with business needs, facilitate change management, and assess leadership needs to recommend training programs. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track business unit objectives and champion performance-driven processes including goal setting and annual reviews. Consult with business teams on employee engagement, retention, org design, and workforce planning. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures. Estimated travel is 25% per year. This role supports QTS Data Centers' mission to empower strategic growth initiatives through advanced digital infrastructure and sustainability efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or professional equivalent
- Seven or more years of human resources management experience focused on organizational development, succession planning, and talent management
- Estimated travel to respective client groups is on average 25% per year
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- PHR certification or equivalent
- SPHR or equivalent preferred
- Global HR experience preferred
